These terms apply to purchases from Arden Grove Decor, operated by ARDEN GROVE LIVING LLC, through ardengrovedecor.com.
Products and intended use
We sell resin home decor for indoor tabletop, shelf, and console display. Product listings specify the item, color, dimensions, material, and included components. Decorative objects are not toys, food-contact containers, or candle holders unless expressly identified as suitable for that purpose. Keep fragile objects away from children and pets and follow the product care guidance.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Eligible standard shipping is free. The amount shown at checkout is the order total. We do not add undisclosed handling or return fees. Available payment methods appear at checkout; see our Payment Policy.
Ordering and acceptance
Review your order and contact details before submitting payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We confirm acceptance when we send the dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, including because of stock, payment, or a material listing error, we will explain promptly and refund any amount collected. We will seek your agreement before any proposed price increase or product substitution.
Delivery
We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days. Estimated total time from order processing eligibility to delivery is 4–10 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
The daily order cut-off is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays are treated as received on the next business day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
See the Shipping Policy for tracking, delayed shipments, and delivery issues. If we cannot dispatch on time, we will offer an appropriate revised shipment option or cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable law.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including if you change your mind. We pay return shipping for eligible returns and provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included components. These condition requirements do not prevent a claim for goods that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Email support@ardengrovedecor.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. A reason helps us assist you but is not required for a change-of-mind return. We will provide instructions, a prepaid label, and the designated U.S. return address. Please contact us before sending your return. The business contact address is not an automatic return destination.
Once received, we inspect the return and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days after inspection and approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Any shorter legally required deadline applies. If the refund has not appeared after that period, contact us.
For a full eligible return, we refund the price paid and applicable tax. For a partial return, we refund the returned items and their applicable tax. Original standard shipping is free, and no return shipping charge is deducted.
Availability and product issues
We do not substitute products without your agreement. Contact us if goods arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or applicable warranties. Estimated or approximate specifications must be identified as such in the listing.
