These terms apply to your use of ardengrovedecor.com, operated by ARDEN GROVE LIVING LLC under the brand Arden Grove Decor. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Using our site

You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract, or use the site under appropriate adult supervision. Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse payment information, interfere with other users, or reproduce site content unlawfully.

Products and content

We offer resin decorative objects for indoor display. Read the specific product listing before ordering. Screen settings and lighting may affect perceived color. This does not excuse a material mismatch between goods and their description. Styling accessories are included only when the listing expressly says so.

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, photographs, and other content are owned by us or used with permission, as applicable. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping. Other use requires permission where intellectual property law requires it. Nothing here claims exclusive rights to generic shapes or ideas.

Shopify and third-party services

Shopify hosts our online store and processes visitor and purchase data to provide its services, including enhanced services where enabled. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and available choices. Payment services and external websites may have separate terms. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller.

Submissions

If you send a review or other content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and reproduce it for that purpose. You retain ownership. Submit only content you are entitled to share. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant submissions, but do not condition refunds on positive reviews.

Availability and corrections

We may update site content and fix errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability. Changes to an existing order will be communicated and handled under our Terms of Sale and applicable law, rather than silently changing the agreed purchase.

Responsibility and legal rights

We do not exclude rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from our breach. Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

These terms are governed by Kentucky law and applicable U.S. federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them. We do not impose mandatory arbitration through these terms. Updated terms apply prospectively from publication; they do not retroactively reduce rights for an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
